Turn on a Focus when AirPods connect
When selected AirPods connect over Bluetooth, turn on a Focus you choose.
Bluetooth connection is an Apple-documented trigger, and the selected Focus can be enabled with the already verified Set Focus capability.

Create the automation
Create a personal automation.

Choose the trigger
Choose Bluetooth and select the AirPods.

Add the actions
Add Set Focus and choose the target Focus.

Configure details
Set the Focus action to On.

Save and test
Save and reconnect the AirPods to test.
When you are done
Turn the selected Focus on
