STEPS
How to do it

Open Control Center
Swipe down from the top-right corner to open Control Center.

Turn on the microphone
Touch and hold Screen Recording, then turn Microphone on.

Start recording
Tap Start Recording and wait for the countdown.
When you are done
You are done when screen recording starts with the microphone enabled.
Good to know
Some apps do not allow their content to be recorded. Screen recording and screen mirroring cannot be used at the same time.
