How to do it

Open the item
Open the photo or video you want to tag in Photos.

Open Info
Tap the Info button or swipe up on the image.

Add keywords
Tap Add Keywords, then enter the keyword or keywords you want.

Save the keywords
Tap Done to save the keywords.
When you are done
Done.
