How to do it

Open Albums
Open Photos, then tap Collections → Albums.

Add a new album
Tap the Add button, then choose New Album.

Name it and add items
Enter an album name, add the photos or videos you want, and choose a key photo if desired.

Create the album
Review the album, then tap Create.
When you are done
Done.
