Enable Shared Albums if needed
If needed, open Settings → your name → iCloud → Photos, then turn on Shared Albums.

Open Shared Albums
In Photos, open Collections → Shared Albums.

Configure the shared album
Tap Add, then choose photos or videos, a name, and the sharing options you want.

Create it
Review the settings, then tap Done.
When you are done
Done.
