When your iPhone joins your selected home Wi-Fi network, turn off Work Focus.
Wi-Fi provides the documented trigger and the verified Set Focus capability can turn the selected Focus off.

Create a personal automation.

Choose the trigger
Choose Wi-Fi and select the home network.

Add Set Focus and choose Work Focus.

Save and reconnect to the home Wi-Fi to test.

Turn the selected Work Focus off
