Open Photos account settings
In Photos, open Collections and tap your account in the top-right corner.

Choose what to reduce
Turn off Show Featured Content to stop memories/featured content, or Show Holiday Events to stop holiday-based suggestions.

Reduce a specific person instead
For one person, open a photo of them, tap More → Don’t Feature a Person, then choose less often or never.
