Turn on Work Focus on office Wi-Fi
When your iPhone joins a selected office Wi-Fi network, turn on the Work Focus you choose.
Wi-Fi is an Apple-documented automation trigger, and CanMyFlow already has a production-verified Set Focus capability that turns a selected Focus on or off.

Create the automation
Create a personal automation in Shortcuts.

Choose the trigger
Choose Wi-Fi and select the office network.

Add the actions
Add Set Focus and choose Work Focus.

Set the Focus action to turn it on.

Save, enable the available automatic run behavior, and reconnect to test.
When you are done
Turn the selected Work Focus on
