How to do it

Open Memories
Open Collections in Photos, then view Memories.

Choose the memory
For sharing, open or play the memory. For deletion, touch and hold the memory.

Share or delete
To share, use More during playback and choose Share. To delete, use the touch-and-hold menu and tap Delete Memory.
When you are done
Done.
