Merge duplicate contacts

Review duplicate contact cards and merge them into one contact.

STEPS

How to do it

  1. 1

    Open Contacts

    Open the Contacts app.

  2. 2

    View duplicates

    If View Duplicates appears below My Card, tap it.

  3. 3

    Review and merge

    Review individual duplicates and merge them, or tap Merge All.

When you are done

You are done when the duplicate contacts are merged.

Good to know

View Duplicates appears only when duplicates are detected. Contacts from different accounts may need manual linking.
